I regret ever doing business with Diamond Art Club. Their customer service and business practices are deeply disappointing and border on retaliatory.
First, they refused to honor their so-called “lifetime warranty.” I requested a simple replacement for missing diamonds (color 807), which should have been covered. Instead, they canceled my replacement order and sent me an invoice demanding payment. This is a direct violation of their own warranty promise.
When I filed a legitimate complaint with the BBB (Case #23817392), the company retaliated by blocking me from making any purchases on their website. Rather than resolving issues in good faith, they punish customers for holding them accountable. That is unprofessional, unfair, and unacceptable.
Diamond Art Club is not truthful in their dealings and does not stand by their warranty. Their actions show a lack of integrity and respect for customers. If you value honest treatment, accountability, and fair business practices, I strongly advise taking your money elsewhere.
