Title: Blocked for asking a legitimate question — money stolen
"I was a loyal Diamond Art Club customer for approximately one year, spending hundreds of dollars on their kits.
My nightmare began when DAC shipped my missing drills to a completely wrong address — not even in my country. When I contacted them by email to ask why I should pay $20 shipping for replacement drills when I have their lifetime guarantee — and when the mistake was entirely theirs — they blocked my account completely.
They then:
Cancelled my new order without refunding my money
Took away all my 23,000 loyalty points with no explanation
Stopped answering every email I sent
Left me with no way to resolve this
I was forced to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back.
