Hi guys so what is this Egoly Rewards all about? because I never gave out my bank details nor my Id number .. I did try to cancel that after they sent me sms but today they deducted my money .. I don't know what is ot all about I tried to call land line no one answers

I also had the same scam debiting my account on 31 January 2019.
I have received the sms and it debited today. I am using FNB, I used the app to reverse and stop. Immediately got my money back. I was told by the bank that you don't get charged for reversal if you are reversing via app but only get charged when you go to the branch. Also this won't affect your credit score if the amount is under R200. Well I don't know how true is that about credit score

HELLO GUYS THE SCUMBAGS ALSO MANAGED TO GO TO MY BANK AND WITHDRAW THAT R135. I WILL GO TO MY BANK TO MAKE AN INQUIRY HOW ACTUALLY THEY MANAGED TO GET MY ID AND BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS.
FNB needs to be audited, they are surely part of the scam. I received the same sms. After a few days, Egoli rewards tried to debit firstly an amount of R135 and then R119 from my account but they failed because my FNB account had no funds but what annoys me most is that because of that I encountered bank charges of R17 and who is supposed to pay for that because I will not. I shutting my FNB account. I honestly cannot deal. I am a student I do not work and I cannot afford to have the little that I make taken away from me. Whoever this scumbag is has made millions out of us.
Good morning guys. I think we need to expose these two banks through any social networks platform which are available. And the next step should be that we annoy the fnb bank with a lot of e-mails which come from all of us, we should do that continuously until they give us their attention and solve this problem alternative we can leave the bank for another one.
