My 1986 944 Turbo had an engine fire--Joe Cogbill purchased the car from me--He wrote me a bad NSF check. I have called and left messages---Joe has not paid me yet--I am filing with the Court in Clayton County for a Felony NSF check warrant against Joe Cogbill of German Auto Dismantlers---Do Not Do Any Business with Joe Cogbill or his company. I purchased a used Porsche transmission from Joe Cogbill which he claimed to be the specific model that I needed and included a warranty for 90 days to be free of defects. It was found to be defective by my local mechanic, who installed it and only 2 gears, reverse and fifth gear, would operate. Also, on closer inspection of the transmission, its serial number identified it as the wrong model. I called him to return the transmission and get a refund on warranty.(for defects) He was gruff and did not acknowledge any responsibility of this warranty. He attested that on his part, he had made efforts to retrieve the transaxle for the sale, which were “chargeable” in preparing to present the tranny that he had offered for sale online at $595 with no commissions. (~Jan 31, 2015) my most recent call to him was on April 09, 20 days before the warranty would "expire". I can't even get "core value" from him. I am preparing a scam alert to submit to the Gainesville FBI and the Attorneys General of Georgia offices...as well as White County Magistrate court.

I purchased Porsche parts from the company in September 2009. They meant to be sent to Europe and should have arrived by the end of October. Well, I haven't received them yet! I've tried to contact them by email, phone...but to no avail. I'm going to seek a compensation. I'd appreciate any suggestions or advice regarding my matter.
