I purchased a fisheye lens for my grandson for his canon camcorder. When the lens arrived it was the wrong one. My grandson had talked to a sales rep. at Demon to find out which one he should use. It was the wrong one. Since Feb 25 my daughter, my grandson and myself have tried to contact them thru the phone and email.

They have not responded to any of our inquiries. March 12 a warehouse worker called me to see what the problem was, I explained the problem and he told me that he did not have any idea where to get a return number from and he only worked in warehouse and someone had left a note on his table to call me. He said that he would put a note on a sales rep desk to call me. That sales rep has not returned my call.

This company is not registered with the BBB in Miami, Fl.
