Demandforce Mixed Experiences with Demandforce

As someone who has interacted with Demandforce, I must say that my experience has been quite mixed. While the platform offers useful features like mass emails and appointment scheduling, there have been significant issues that have impacted my business negatively. The conflicting text messages sent out by Demandforce have led to customer confusion and missed appointments, resulting in lost revenue for my business. Despite raising these concerns, the customer service provided by Demandforce has been unsatisfactory, with a lack of acknowledgment of the issues and refusal to address them adequately. This has left me feeling frustrated and considering alternatives. Demandforce Got new patients

I was unsure if this product would really help with getting more patients in, but after working with them for 4 months I have seen a difference. We get 1-3 people from the yelp feature.

Demandforce Premium Price

I signed up to help get reviews for my window tinting business. It synced up with my quickbooks, and asked all of my customers for their feedback. Not all were great reviews, but they were very helpful. Very happy with it

Demandforce Smooth Sailing

We are a dental office and have been working with Demandforce for a little over two years. Demandforce has saved a lot of staff time and money in confirmation calls, appointment reminders, filling openings in schedules, and reaching out to patients who are overdue for their appointments. We have received a lot of positive feed back from patients as well.

Demandforce Office Manager

I switched from another company (who we had been with for years) to Demandforce about 3 months ago. We were looking for new patients and a better online experience for our existing patients. Boy am I glad we made the switch! In only three months Demandforce has generated over 30 reviews, increased our Google + reviews and we can now have our patients book on Yelp! I was really impressed with the initial training and was pleasantly surprised when they reached out to me to help me with our campaigns. Seriously, who does that? I have already recommended them to 3 other offices and without hesitation would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Demandforce My patients are so happpy

I started with Demandforce about 3 months ago, and I was a little unsure if they would be able to provide the type of results I was promised for my dental practice, but for the price it seemed worth it to try. WOW! Not only did my business grow, but I had no idea how many of my patients liked the email and text reminders. I always took the old school approach, but the response from Demandforce's communications have made my patients much more engaged. Not only have my recall efforts improved, but they actually do leave reviews like Demandforce promised! I ask all my new patients how did you hear about us, and many say that they read some really great reviews about me and decided to come in. For other pediatric dentistries, I'd highly recommend them.

Demandforce Intuit who owns demand force needs to study the market

Intuit who owns demand force needs to study the market and provide a product that works. Their product does not work their training and follow up is worst than Verizon and charter communications.

They sell you internet enhancement this is total BS contact and follow up with our data base and customers never happened

There numbers are totally ficticious and they take credit for ROI and dollars spent that have NOTHING to do with their follow up (lack of follow up program)

It is a total lie what they sell and take credit for... NOT a single person came in and spent MONEY because of DEMAND FORCE.

When I tried to call and talk to customer support. 3 calls 45 min on hold 18 in que line... be my guest call ***157 and experience the real world with DEMAND FORCE.

They never told me I have 60 days to cancel and that the contract was for 1 year. Never do business that has these unscrupulous practices. Even Verizon business and Charter communications when they fail to deliver DO NOT CHARGE YOU for cancellation due to incompetent non understanding non caring treatment.

AM I MAD... over 4 hours spent in this nightmare ordeal... today took the cake... after calling back for the 3rd time asked to talk to a supervisor so I could effect some action. Was told I COULD NOT TALK TO A SUPERVISOR... THAT A INTUIT QUICKEN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAMED MICHAEL WOULD CALL ME BACK AT 3PM... DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH.

Called back 415 after being on hold for over 30 min... talked to Brenda who saw the complaint and said did RYAN not call you back. She called RYAN and confirmed to me that he DID NOT call me back. I said who the heck is RYAN, Michael was assigned to call me back. Was told Ryan would call me back and reschedule... apologized for dropping the ball.

Well I'm sitting hear at work, no phones ringing and NO call back 645pm I just called ***157 they are closed.

Back to the future... December sign up... the installation was a joke... the sales pitch was a bunch of smoke and mirrors... specifically reports... go to reports show false and misleading number that claim I got over$2000 worth of business referals... smoke and mirrors... actual numbers 190 emails 3 customer responses for avg 166 and they came in with absolutely NOTHING to do with DEMAND FORCE.

January 3 attempts to get us activated... I do remember initialing and signing up a contract back late December and early January. I have been attempting to get ahold of someone to cancel all day ***157 don't try their internet sight its a joke you have to do what im doing and email that im going to post on the internet and whatever Government Agency I can complain too


So January goes by no customers the phone not ringing no apointments. Demand force is claiming thousands of dollars in revenue and value to my company. They claim this and the FACT OF THE MATTER IS THEY WERE NOT EVEN RUNNING UNTIL MIDDLE OF JANUARY and for DECEMBER. THEY WERE NOT EVEN RECIEVING DATA FROM ME, BECAUSE THEY HAD A SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND COULD NOT DOWNLOAD. NOW PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE... FALSE TOTALLY FALSE CLAIMS PRINTED IN MY REPORTS CLAIMING THEY GENERATED THOUSANDS OF $$$. And my appointment and $$$ drop to all time lows for the last 8 years. So I call up customer link and they try to help me but say once a file is transferred to DEMAND FORCE your done... really done.

I call demand force on 1-29 get a nice guy at ***157 that is a support person... goes over the reports with me... OMG your business is dying. Shows me how to get the mail going and back to what CUSTOMER LINK was doing verbally promised me I would be back in the mail feb first.

I go to demand force Monday 2-2 no mail no followup scheduled for a week. I panic call ***157 get put on hold for 2 hours get a nice lady who by now im screaming at and she bottom lines me... I cannot talk to a supervisor... there is NOT ONE. She cannot fix my problem she is tech support... well then who can help me... frustrated as anyone would be at this point I hang up and decide to call again Tuesday.

Tuesday brings me to tonight...

I needed help and still do but DEMAND FORCE is not very helpful at this point

According to demand force the mailers that I generated last month are not going to ETA until MARCH 9th. They say they cant do anything about this... TOTAL BS Customer link could do it in days and make changes immediate... Quicken Intuit needs to learn something... in fact I should send this email to the President of Intuit.

I told the girl Brenda at demand force I cant wait till March 9th... I will be out of business. BACK TO TODAY. NO followup NO returned calls... told lies (let me define a lie, when im told something and somebody changes the story of what they do or they don't call me back or make excuses that someone else was to call me back... that is a lie in my book)







I am dissatisfied with the lack of service and response. False claims and inability to service demands.

I need mail in the mail yesterday not March 9th

I need truthful publication and actual provable data and $$$ accurate reporting

I demand a truthful ROI not some numbers and values you make up

I need return phone calls

I need answers to my questions

I need to know how to cancel my contract If you cant provide the simple service and courtesy of a phone call back

If I don't get help I promise I will become your worse night mare. You have cost the wrong person time and money.

Demandforce fake reviews

Their service doesn't make sense. Why ask me to leave an honest review and never publish it only because it was negative? Well, you wanted me to be fair and honest, so I was. Don't understand your problem.
Of course, they want to get good reviews for free, because businesses pay them for this. Nobody liked the bad news and bad news is not paid...
So if you want something from this website you should always remember that most of the reviews are fake, they don't show you a negative side of companies to make the right decision.
So choose fair websites without paid reviews and stay away from those who publish only positive ones. Just like Demandforce...

Demandforce did not cancel

I tried Demandforce service and signed up for their free trial. When the trial was over I contacted Demandforce customer service and said that I was not interested in their service and asked them to cancel my subscription and my account. They said they'll do that.
One month passed and I received a bill from Demandforce! I contacted their support and they claimed that my account was cancelled a long time ago and that they had nothing to do with my issue. I called my bank and found out that it really was Demandforce who charged me. Spoke with them again and they finally admit they never cancelled my account. Their rep said that they were very sorry and that it was mistake and other things like that.

I wasn’t satisfied with the services, which offered the company I was so upset and tried to contact the company, but their phone was switched off all the time. I don’t know maybe these guys have given me wrong phone number. I tried couple of times, but their phone was dead and they didn’t know about my problems and that I needed their help desperately.

I decided to place the ad on my car, so I contacted the rep from the company The rep spoke with me and told to wait. I was on hold within 40 minutes, but no one continued the conversation with me. I sent the email, where I asked to cancel my order and return my money back. After 2 weeks still no response and no idea what to do now...

The company turned to be real scam, ‘coz they took money from me for the ads and reputation building, but after a month I heard nothing from them. These jerks told me to wait more and blah-blah. Demandforce they fool clients and took large sums now

My company signed the contract with This company really fools and tricks money out off their clients. They started to increase prices recently, but no one warned us about it. They simply started to steal from us. It was too much, ‘coz they provided bad services and wanted to get large sum from us. Stay away from them, ‘coz you will waste only money and it will be difficult to prove anything against them.
