I wish I looked at all the complaints this company has gotten on BBB before I ordered. Ordered my kits on Sunday and its been almost a week and still no tracking information. Sent them a message asking to expedite the shipment or send me a refund. They sent me a refund but stated there is a fee. A fee for what? You didn't even ship my items! Do not order from this company. Read all the negative reviews from this company. I will not order from them again and do not recommend you order from them either.

Claimed loss: Refunded minus about $15 in fees.

Desired outcome: Refund my entire purchase amount!
