Delta-Holder.net and FirsteBook.club review: Their crazy unethical practices stopped.

I was directed to firstebook.club to download a user manual for an app that I purchased from the Apple App Store. Firstebook.club directed me to sign up for an account before I could download the user manual PDF, and required that I but my credit card on file with them, though it would not be used unless I later made a purchase. The PDF user manual was free. I signed up, gave them my credit card info, and immediately received a message from Delta-holder.net thanking me for joining, and that I would be charged $49.50 a month for joining! I don't know who Delta-holder is, but I did search for the PDF I signed up with firstebook.club to download, and they don't have it!

Also, their website allows me to see my new surprise "account", but will not allow me to cancel it.

If Delta-holder.net and Firstebook.club are not outright scams, they both at the very least have poor customer relations structure, and it seems very shady business practices.
