Delta Dental of Illinois review: Horrible company

Delta Dental represents everything that is wrong with the insurance industry. Geese, greedy, greedy. Do not purchase from the IL Marketplace, the coverage we bought didn’t include basic dental care, or cleanings. We are being charged full and outright for them, even though we have paid DD our premium every month. Not in my most cynical state did I think an insurance company that focuses on teeth wouldn’t cover a basic cleaning. Like WTF am I paying into this for?!
