Delhivery review: Courier or shipment services

Our employee on 30/05/2023 booked a shipment with Delhivery courier services to send back the company assets laptop and mobile phone from Daltongunj (Jharkhand). We received it at our office in Hyderabad on 14/06/2023. Unfortunately our employee havent captured the pictures and videos of the package with trust on Delhivery while dispatching.

At our Office we have captured the video and pictures or the package while opening the received consignment. After opening the package we found damage of laptop screen and mobile phone is missing and package looks like pampered. So we have share the details with our employee, he informed that the parcel which he sent is different from what we have received. So We have contacted the Delhivery Support team. As they requested we have shared the available proofs as videos and Pictures, but they took more than a month to reply our mail. On 5th Sep 2023 Delhivery team mailed us that the refund is initiated and the remitence will be credited with in 5 to 7 working days.

Today it is almost 60 days we haven't received any response or refund.

We made the payment including insurance for both devices.
