Dear sir
Your sales man explained to me the sign in the yard for ADT was dated 2007
this was not the case..
my contract was written July 7 2009 ADT
I need for you to please relay this info to the sales-manager
That would have me at a 2 year contract remaining
that is WHY I wanted to make contact with ADT before any work was done
I TRUSTED YOUR SALES PERSON ABOUT THE SIGN FROM ADT DATED 2007
THERE are only a few options that can be done.
1- replace the setup that I already had in place with ADT
2-TRY TO NEGOTIATE 350.00 IS NOT GONNA CUT IT.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ME IN THE DARK OVER THIS ISSUE.
I am disabled and make very little money.
any settlement your company would have to take up the burden however I would stand behind you for years
in the long run you would gather much more then the settlement.
I am real sorry for this burden.
PLEASE bring this to Bryans attention today it must be expedient

I hate the idea of changing this all back however I have no choice unless a agreement can be reach with ADT and your company
I tried to slow Bryan down until I talked with ADT however he was persistent and sure of himself
It is important that this matter is reached today
