Debtstoppers review: bankruptcy filing

This has been the worse experience ever…
This has been the worse experience ever and the worse decision ever made! I hired Debstoppers back in January 2014 for a chapter 13. I received a call that my case after 5 years has been dismissed. The frustrating nature of this is that I have been trying to reach out to their office regarding my case since May 2019, as I was to have my bankruptcy discharged as of July 2019. I have now been informed that the case has been dismissed and that was behind the rudest phone call from an one of their so called attorney's that spoke in a loud, harsh and degrading manner. I have sent emails and made phone calls informing the only people that you are able to speak with which are paralegals of my hardship situation and to no avail, although they claim there was a motion in court, they never advised of the documentation required to even present my case. When they called today they advised that now the creditors are able to collect. What have I paid for over the past 5 years? They have yet to be thorough enough with the details of my bankruptcy.
