I have never applied to be with debtless credit for their so called "credit repair program" they've been taking money out of my account every single week for months now. I applied for a payday loan many months ago and they somehow got my information that way. I keep getting charged *** every single week and I was initially getting charged *** every other week as well. Once I found out who they were and got their number from my bank I called them back in April, I was promised a credit card that'll give me access to all the money they've been taking from my account to be mailed in 2 weeks, I never received anything since April... *** time I call and ask for a copy of a contract they have outlining an agreement between me and them, the lady keeps saying that she needs to ask her supervisor, and then months go by without any resolution. I have recorded the last few calls between me and this debtless credit lady and I am taking all of this to the authorities. I want my money back.

I have once already and made a complaint I still have not heard back from anybody I'm making up this complaint against Debtless Credit because I have no email even suggesting that I had made opened up an account with them and they have been taking $19.99 from my bank account every two weeks bi-weekly and they're making me going into debt by doing this because I am on disability and every time they take this money out from my account I have to pay it $48 fee for overdraft and I did not give them permission to do so ever and they won't answer my phone calls anymore or return my messages and this is *** I don't understand how they can be taking money from my bank account without my permission I'd like this to stop at once and I would like to be notified when it's done obviously I'd like to be repaid for all the transactions they have taken in the last four to five months bi-weekly because I did not give him permission to do so please something needs to be done about this I like to be contacted you have my information thank you.

There is this company called Debtless Credit that has been taking money out of my account. They said I talked to some lone which I didn't and they guaranteed that I was gonna get a Credit Card in the mail, which I never got. They company has been taking $19.99 out of my bank twice a month They, when I called to ask them about this the lady I talked to was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her in the nicest way if they can reimburse the money they have been taking and they said no *** in order for me to get back that money I have to pay for the credit card a One time fee on $20..So I would have to pay to get my money back is what she was saying and I not even guarantee that they will give it back. *** I just called them and they said they can't do anything about it. I have all they date of when they took out money. So right now they have tooking out $179.91 and they only way to stop them from taking my money is to cancel with them and they Still not give me my money. And it's hard right now for me in my situation.

They email me about there program so when I did sign up they started to take money from my account right away and when I called them and tild them why rhet are taking money asap they said cause they are sending me a credit card for *** so when I told them when they said it was getting mailed and when I called them the following weeks and said I haven't received it they said it was mailed to the address and I said to them it doesn't take long for it to come to my address so then I called them again and this is already 7 week's in and still no card then I taled to a manager called *** and he said that they have to track my card and they will email me the info for the tracking number, well they didn't and now when I call them my number is blocked I used a friends number and I got though to them and they used the excuse that they have lot of calls coming in which is bs so then I email someone from when they welcome me and he said call customer service and itold him no one is answering and my phone number is blocked they ignore me. I have e-mail them in the so called email they have in there websites a d no one answers them.. I want my money back cause they are

On July 1 I was online looking for a loan you know the ones you submit to a company and they can determine how much they can give you and you pay it back within a month ya that's what I was doing all of a sudden I get a welcome letter from these people so I called immediately and they said they would submit my request and send a cancellation number by email but i DIDNT SIGN UP WITH THEM but ok cool so I thought. Instead of the cancellation number I received an email asking why I wanted to cancel and I called back immediately and they said the request has been made no money would be taken out. So Friday came and *** was taken out of my account I called then freaking out and they casually said that should have not happened and they will get a manager to contact me no manager called I called again NO ONE HAS ANSWERS no CEO no managers on site no hiring number NOTHING all they say is ill put the request in and a manager will contact you this company IS NOT REAL I asked them basic questions like what's your managers name they couldn't answer saying they weren't allowed to give out that information someone needs to stop these people they are *** money from hard working people everyday that's insane.

I signed up with debtless credit in order to try and improve my credit score, thinking nothing of the service other than a great option. After a couple of weeks and a bit more research I found other alternatives that would suit me better. I both emailed and called their offices as that is what they have stated in their contract to cancel the service. I was assured my account would be cancelled and the withdrawals would cease. Fast forward a month and a bit; coupled with 3 more calls to their company and they have still ceased to process my request and are still withdrawing funds on a weekly basis. The last time I tried to reach the company was during business hours and my call immediately went to a voice messaging system which has not happened prior to that call. Its my firm belief that they have blocked my number which will cause me to be unable to reach them in the future to continue to try and cancel my contract. In total they are getting towards the 200$ *** in regards to funds taken after my request for cancellation under their terms as outlined in their contract. I dont know what do do and currently cannot afford this extra weekly expense.I have also attempted to attach my contract to this post and when the contract is opened in the downloads section of my phone all it states is my email address which is another red flag of many.

It was in late 2020 I signed up with debtless credit because I saw the ad for a credit card so I thought that's what I was getting. I did not hear from them so I thought I did not get it. The one day *** started coming out of my bank account. I called them when they told me it was a credit counseling. I ask to cancel the account which they said they would as of today December 18 the are still taking out the money *** weekly the break it up.I tried several times by phone with the promise to cancel and it has not been done. I emailed no respond. I tried to stop payment they went in on a different day. The bank won't stop them I just recently spoke with the the week of December 11 *** stop taking money from my bank account and they said it can be cancelled anytime. I don't want to close my account everything is connected to it. From February 11 I have tried to cancel and stop payment. I have more pro Emails:Hello. I can't reach someone by phone so I took this route. I have an amount of $*** taken out of my account monthly from debtless credit with nothing to show for it. I need someone to contact me about this. My name is *** Hello. I ask that debtless credit cancel ny account and all bank withdrawals effective immediately. I am no longer interested in the program.
