I ordered a product from this "Super Seller" on eBay, he created a tracking number and was refunded 4 days later because out of stock. Approximately 2 months later he supposedly shipped the item and demanded payment or he would report me to eBay. He shipped a package to another address and used the old tracking number making it look like he sent it to me. i contacted USPS and they wrote a letter stating the package was never sent to me and that it was labeled to another person with another address. There is no ebay phone number or email address. Now the browser has a red pop-up stating other buyers have complained of "Fake tracking numbers", "Scam" or questioning product authenticity.

Desired outcome: To let others know of seller's practices. I'm not going to pay him for something i didn't ask for nor received, while using a fake tracking number.
