Hi, all . I'm facing the same problem.. Nobody response my email & my delivery not yet receive. Suppose to receive the product between April 26 2014 - May 5 2014. I emailed Dealmates, i called up dealmates Nobody pickup and i am very angry now.

I am also a victim of Dealmates. Supposed to receive early Mar but to date, none. Like all, called them but no answer. Wrote to them but no reply. I truly agree. We need to lodge a complaint against. No point posting your comments online but nothing is done abt it. please help share so that more ppl can come forward. Do not allow dealmates to cheat anymore.

After numerous emails to the so-called support centre, I only got notification that they'll revert in 2 days' time. Frankly speaking, very shoddy job - only liars in Dealmates. No more buying from dealmates...

I bought stuff from them for Rm 35 and did not receive the product for one month. then I receive an email from company that Dealmates did not pay them so they are not shipping my product. Since then Dealmates have not refunded my money and they don't even want to reply my mail. already more than 3 months. What can we do get some justice from this company ? I hate CHEATERS.

I am facing the same issue with 2 items I purchased. I sent numerous emails to Dealmates but they just kept closing my tickets.
I plan to file a Consumer Tribunal Claims against Dealmates and team up with everyone to spread the news to others to not fall for such a scam company.

Guys! I'm the most pity here...
I bought an Iphone 5S on 06/11/13, suppost the collect the phone on 03/12/13, but I received their email on 02/12/13 to inform that the item delay due to Custom hold the Iphone without any reason.

On 09/12/13, I received another call to inform me i can collect my phone on 16/12/13. So yesterday I try to ask the guy deliver to me and he appologies that they will refund to me due to delay for so long but still cant get the item, but need to wait 7-14 days to proceed. Of course i get crazy and F him, and I said i want my money back by this 2 days, after that he answer will ask customer service to call me by today (16/12/13), but until now i still didnt get any call and he refuse to answer my call too...

Then 17/12/13, i received an email saying that they proceed my refund thru cheque, my question is:
1. They know my full name? how they going to write on the cheque? how they pass the cheque to me?
2. Why the amount not 100%? I think they have deduct the credit card charges.

What should i do now? RM 2704.00 le!

I just try to call up to this company, and as expected, no 1 ever picks up my call.

And so, for the next step, I will go into their office at MV, to investigate. If it is really a scam company, I will record and pass all to my reporter friend. To announce it at FB, twitter, weibo, and news. I would like to alert the world as this company still update their purchase website to cheat more funds.

It is always a shame by doing business in such a way. And they have spoiled the reputation of others genuine online shopping company. Moreover, they spoiled our online shopping fun.

Totally agree to everyone that complaint. Furthermore they dare to put in it black and white that "Most emails receive a response within 24 hours (our office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Dear friends, I did a LIVE CHAT with them just now (Ticket #92302: WHERE ARE MY ITEMS?) and the staff was very robotic and to me rude. I asked for his/her name but refused to give. The PUT such people in customer service? VOMIT BLOOD! Yes, B GIRL, they did the same to me, just shut off the chatting line. My order no. is [protected], 2 months already. I brought a host, not received the product and asking for refund, they asked me to wait for the goods till 16th June, I feel no point and ask for refund, they refused to paid me back.
I was annoyed and asking for refund of goods purchased and not mature to deliver, Dealmate quoted they are 100% money guarantee, but they refuse to pay and asked me to wait for product and shuf off the chatting line.
