Terrible management and staff. Rude and not focused on residents' needs. The management staff is more concerned with their own needs and have poor customer service. Long term residents have seen a significant decline in customer service siGnce the takeover of Renew Glenmoore over the years and is now at its all-time worst that many people have left and continue to leave. The swimming pool was shut down in 2022 by the department of health and now the management staff has excuses for not having the pool open. Issues of history of many residents making maintenance requests without resolution or many months before receiving any response.
Desired outcome: Inspection of property and interview residents.
