I paid the remaining fees for my idea (Payday Animal Group) on Sept 28th, 2020. I was dealing with Gregg McKita, who the operator at Davison's informed me had passed away & with Morgan Scoggins in the licensing department. I last spoked with Ms Scoggins on Aug 11th, 2021. Since then, I called several times to inquire about the status of my patent which I still haven't received the papers for. Each time I left a voice message but received no call back.
Desired outcome: If there is no possible way to receive the patent papers, I should be entitled to the almost $14,500 I paid Davison's. My home phone # is <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>. Thank You.
