A rebuttal to DAVID ALLENDER, who has filed a complaint of totally fictitious origin. ~~~~~ + You pretended to pay for the work, then filed disputes, being remunerated 100%, a detail you find inconsequential to your narrative;

+ Work you claimed to have found fraudulent and useless you nonetheless then absconded with anyway, changing the password on your server so we could not retrieve it, work which cost us 3 months of diligence and for which we have received not a single penny, a second detail you find inconsequential to your narrative;

+ You subsequently threatened this author with hislife, both by sometimes non-stop telephone calls (as many as 12) in the dead of night and by email, resulting in complaints I had to file with:

a. The FBI b. The Texas Travis County Muncipal Court c. The Texas Travis County District Attorney d. The Justice of the Peace Precinct 1, of Travis County Texas e. 911 f. 311 g. The Secretary of State of Washington (state) where you live and which you also jilted with a post office address rather than a physical address for ADI, which is required under both Washington state law and federal law, yet another detail you found inconsequential to your narrative; h. The various law enforcement agencies now trying to serve you for fraud and theft of services as well as for lies you've posted here and in perhaps as many as a half dozen places on the Internet about Camdoor, a device you've never seen, held or owned and of which we have irrefutable evidence, cannot serve you because you can't be found. That seems very strange for someone screaming for justice. Your narrative doesn't touch upon such logic nor does it mention we have had to file still other theft of service notices with: i. PayPal j. Bank of America Mastercard

Before entering into business with you and your lady "accomplice", someone name Peggy who we now also have reason to believe is a fictitious name, the act of which is a felony under both federal law and the laws of Washington state, we conducted 10 years of online business via 5 different websites with the sparkling record of having had a single complaint registered about us. That's a remarkable record that speaks for itself -- and yet another detail you found inconsequential to your narrative;

While all of my claims herein can be substantiated by anyone wishing to contact the various entities I have listed above to report your fraud and theft of service, and while it can be proved you managed to avoid being served by having listed a p.o. box for ADI rather than a physical address, and while we have irrefutable evidence of delivery of the project to you on time and in whole, and while it's a matter of record with PayPal and Bank of America MasterCard that you've been remunerated for payments you feigned to make in good faith while apparently planning to abscond with our service while also succeeding in 100% remuneration of payments you made, you cannot produce evidence of a single one of your claims to readers here. You'd have done so if you could.

By contrast, readers here are welcome to do a background check on me, personally, and on any of the 5 online companies I have run with great pride and a whistle-clean record for 10 years with only a single complaint, a record that speaks for itself and one I'll happily compare to any one of the millions and millions of online businesses.

Only you and your accomplice have gone to the extent of entering into a contract under a pretend physical address, under a likely fictitious name (in the case of your "accomplice"), under the questionable need to post 2 full-fledged spoof sites and 3 complaint sites where you have posted total fabrications as you also continue to evade being served by the law.

I leave it to readers to decide what the real facts are. You and your "accomplice" may continue to hide and to invent all the stories you wish as to why you aren't simply willing to attend trial, where you could produce all of your would-be evidence and exact the justice you would have as a result. You won't because it's obvious you have no truth to produce.

I will have my day in court, Mr. Allender. Readers will know the facts eventually and the truth. On that day, I am going to post the results of the trial here and everywhere else you have defamed me and my company. I'm going to post the results in your hometown newspaper and on all the complaint sites where you have sought to defame me. You would do well, meanwhile, to keep your hiding place as good a secret as you have until now.
