Business transaction began in the year 2019. I have paid $1,975.00 for 50 books I have yet to receive. My Cash App has the record of payments, date, and purpose of payment. I am glad for this record of payment because I was not given a contract, though I was told one would be sent to me. We had several conversations regarding my frustrations. I trusted her because she is a Christian.
I have not been successful in reaching a resolve.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive the books I paid for, all my manuscripts, and a notarized document stating she has not used or financially benefited from my writings, and will not use my writings in the future.
I noticed that it is stated this issue has been resolved. NO IT HAS NOT!
I went over my records. My introduction and interaction with this company began in 2018. My first book was copyrighted and printed April 2019. My second book has been paid for, but I have not received the 35-50 books I paid for. I want my books, manuscripts of all books submitted. This is theft when you pay for a product and the company keeps the money, but the client or consumer does not receive the purchased product. I have been lied to and mishandled.
