Have heard through the grapevine that Darrell Henry confirmed in court that his new address is: 20b Dewsbury Road, Rastrick, Brighouse, HD6 3QB.

Hi, I have received a letter form "Unclaimed monkey limited" stating exactly the same thing that I have overpaid a bill and now I am due a refund. I am very glad I found this site because at first it looked like a legit company but I knew I didn't overpay any bills. He has to be stopped.

I have been looking up information to see who unclaimed monkey Ltd are, as I have rec'd letters from them stating that I have overpaid on a household bill and requesting that I sign a contract giving them permission to operate on my behalf to claim a refund. I had my suspicions but am glad that I found this site. I have just received a follow up letter today saying that if I do not contaqct them they may visit me in person!

Looks like they are now using another new company called "Unclaimed Monkey Limited"

Can anyone inform of current developments regards Henry ? When I catch up with him, he's gonna be spoon-fed for the rest of his rotton, miserable, corrupt, fraudulent, lying life .

I found this web page after Googling some names associated with the scam of an elderly neighbour of mine in Stockport. A representative of HouseHold Claims called at her house and told her that I had signed up to their rebanding thing. This was a complete lie. The elderly lady - a lovely and generous woman, not stupid at all - had been very wary about it, but when she heard that I was 'involved' she thought these people must be legit. They took a cheque for £170 from her. When she found out they had lied to her, she immediately sent her cancellation form to them, and tried to stop the cheque. unfortunately it had already cleared, and despite having received the cancellation, they have so far failed to refund a penny. today when she rang them they told her 'they didn't have a cheque book'. I then rang and they told me that all their accounts had been frozen. They appear to just make this stuff up as they go along. I spoke to a man called Rob Evans there and he told me that the manager was Carolyn Smith. Although HouseHold Claims is supposed to be in Potters Bar, the number of the office where Mr Evans works (and Ms Smith too) is in Huddersfield.

Household Claims - Stay clear he never ever pays wages. Jack Darrell Henry, John Boon and Carolyn Smith have conspired to set up this company with Virtual offices in Potters Bar and a mail re-direct to Huddersfield. Recent appeared on Doorstep Crime 999, Gloria Huniford in episode 9, named Jack Henry as the conman behind the new company. Same offices and staff as reband. BEWARE AND STAY CLEAR.

There is no stopping him and John as they set-up another company, this time a sole trader company to avoid the growing interest of the authorities Household-claims is his latest venture. Yesterday Barclaycard paid its final payment to Reband and guess what no one got paid. My friend who still work there is owed over £2000 in wages, she is trapped and cant escape as she fears by leaving she will get nothing. I never thought I would say this but the dole is better than nothing.

The police have again taken all his computers, and have charged him for further fraud activities.
All the staff are owed over 2 months of unpaid wages, stupid staff, smell the coffee and get out. second thoughts you are trapped trying to obtain what is owed to you, This cheat will not pay his way, only top up the drugs to keep Shahla dopped up so she can hide his debts and use her name to take over his crumbling empire.

I would be surprised if Shahla Pitstop (see above) is Darrell's girlfriend in view of the comments she made in her post and I doubt whether Darrell cares about comments on this board in view of his complete lack of any decency/morality. I have also found out that he has incorporated yet another company called SHULLA MALOOLA LTD. It seems crazy to form a company with such a silly name as it will lessen its credibility

the person who commented on here shahla pitstop is darrell rewstons girlfriend, so no doubt she will be informing him of comments left on here, i worked 2 days last year for this conman and i left coz i got wise to his ways. BEWARE Shahla Pitstop is his partner in crime, lets hope hes soon banged up with criminals just like him in HMP LEEDS.

darrell is still using the premises at fitzwilliam street...hes closing down but opening up under another name...he owes wages to staff he laid off a few weeks ago...they all got post dated cheques but i'm sure they will bounce. he has also had his 14 yr old son and his friends working for him(sorting paper work) for £5 per hour. he is currently living on a barge in the mirfield/ravensthorpe area..he drives a black bmw convertable with his own private number plate so he wont be very hard to find...hes also grown a beard...he wasnt in court this week like someone said? people need to be aware of this con man...maybe we need to contact the local papers or local mp's as nothing seems to be getting done about the scams!

I have found two other websites which I suspect are routes back to this conman. Counciltaxreduction.co.uk - which has been registered by CT Review. Also Counciltaxreviewservices.co.uk - which has been registered by Council Tax Review Services Ltd. There is NO such company registered at Companies House! The registrant's address is given as Suite 14 Springboard Business Centre, Ellerbeck Way, Stokesley, North Yorkshire.

Be very aware that this fraudster is in the process of re-naming his company from: Council Tax Review (CTR) to: Council Tax Review Services Ltd. Now it doesn't take too much to work out that he's simply added a few extra words to continue his scam techniques. Barclays Bank fraud department are actively seeking to inform other leading banks of this scam, so if you receive a cheque from him, or any of his companies, do every decent person a big favour and report it as a fraud account. I'm 100% certain they won't want to be associated with this thief either. Police records already show he has a criminal record, so let's add to the list by reporting each call, and put this criminal behind bars at Her Majesty's Pleasure where he undoubtedly will come across some of his 'mates!'

Happy House Ltd, Happy house prommotions Ltd, Reband Ltd are all new companies set up by Jack Darrell Henry to rip off his staff, creditors and clients. Barclays bank will be providing account facilities and credit card facilities to this con man, CT review will be put into bankruptcy leaving all his staff without 2 months backpay. He will try and move his credit card machine to the new company thus allowing his backlog of funds to trickle through into the new Limited Company, not realising that he is commiting FRAUD and will be subject to director disqualification proceedings again and a criminal proceedings for defrauding his creditors. WATCH THIS SPACE FOR UPDATES...

John Darrell Henry writes cheques for refunds that bounce, having requested a refund, we are still waiting for funds after 9 weeks. He seems never to be available to talk to, his staff do not know his whereabouts, a guy called John who is the bookeeper/accountant rattles out the same old story that he cannot understand why the money has not been credited to my account. He is being investigated by police, trading standards and according to the local paper is due in Bradford Crown Court on 11/07/2011. There is a woman called Wendy Smith who works at CT review, she was the one to quickly take £165 in fees in a cold telephone call. THIS COMPANY AND THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD NEWS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When challenged about the above complaints the bookeeper, John, said that they were untrue and had been posted by a disgruntled ex member of staff, from my personal experience of the company, I can see that the above complaints are a fair reflection on a crooked outfit.

Be warned. He is linked to the following companies: CT REVIEW LTD, REBAND LTD, CT REBAND LTD, CT REBAND HOLDINGS LTD, CT REBAND SERVICES, CT REBAND SOLUTIONS LTD, & CT RECLAIM LTD. As he has been banned from being a company director under his former names, i.e. Darrell Littlewood and Darrell Rewston, he is breaking the law by being associated with the formation of any limited company even if he is pretending not to be a director of these companies. AVOID AVOID

It is scary to think that he has his fingers in six pies although you have to bear in mind that just because he has formed six companies does not mean that all of them are trading (i.e. ripping people off, because lets face it that is the ONLY way that Darrell operates). I guess that he has formed so many companies to bamboozle his creditors, HMRC, customers and trading standards etc and also he is following the same pattern as with his personal identity (once one personal identity becomes too tarnished he abandons it and gets a new one). It all points to desperate measures by a desperate man. The reason that the companies are registered in Manchester is probably because he asked a solicitor in Manchester to form those companies for him and the solicitor set up the companies initially with the solicitor's office being the registered address of the companies (this is common practice). If the registered office address remains unchanged then the solicitor is in for a nasty shock when post starts arriving at his/her office door. I doubt whether Darrell would have needed to get anyone to finance him as he has made massive amounts of cash from recent cons/scams and he may be getting cash from selling Charlie (and I don't mean the 80's fragrance).
