This used car dealer specializes in no credit/bad credit. And yes they can get you approved but here is then what happens:
Promised on delivery:
4 new tires
4 new wheel covers
floormats
detailing of interior
Acutal
wait 2 hours becuase your car is not there...
2 'newer' tires
no new wheel covers
no floormats
vaccum- that is not detailing
oh and the tire pressure sensor keeps going off
Then when you persue getting these things, you are talked to with profanity, screaming, yelling, and you then become concerned for your personal safety in the office. When you are told to go elsewhere and have the work done, upon receivng an estimate from a non involved party, you are asked if you are on drugs. And that is by the guy who was supposedly fired for messing up so many deals...they will do the work, no hard feelings. Really? Somehow I don't feel comfortable having this work done there since not only is my personal safety at risk but that of my toddler son also.
Don't feel you can't get that loan elsehwhere, you can.
They play good guy/bad guy routine and although you may get a deal on a fairly new/used car the aggrevation is not worth it.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I Just want to know how can I sue these people and get out of this car loan!? I am very upset with their level of buisness. Nothing that was promised has followed through. The way Ken and Chris has spoken to me is not acceptable. Especially when they lied to the bank and told me what they did after I signed the papers! I dont know what to do! =( Not only that they bad talked the former dealer that I was with and told me that they would "take care" of my other car, which I still owed over five thousand on. Stupid me, why would I think someone would "take care" of my loan. Come to find out they returned the car to the dealership and now its on my credit. I just want OUT! DONT DO IT PEOPLE. STAY FAAAAAAAARRR AWAY FROM DEMON I MEAN DAMON MOTORS!
AWFUL! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS! I just reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The harassment by Chris left on my voicemail is unacceptable! DO NOT accept their offer no matter how bad your credit is. There are plenty of places that will work with you -- like your credit union.
These people practice fraud and dishonesty!
