I applied for a small loan from the Funding Group LLC in Arizona and connected with Damian Husak. He required an upfront fee that was to be paid to a third party's personal account. This was a red flag so I asked a friend in the area to check out their office at 10601 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, #110, Scottsdale. The office was vacant and according to the tenants in the building it's been vacant for several years. Their corporate registration with the Secretary of State's office in Arizona shows the same expired address and the corporate license number on their website is a fake number. Damian (probably not his real name) was about to scam me for a small amount and failed but it still infuriates me when a fly-by-night con artist tries to steal from me.

Damian Husak (fake name) is a professional con-artist. He charges upfront fees for his services but doesn't deliver and then disappears. Damian pretends to live and work in the US but we tracked one of his IP emails that originated from South Africa. The picture that Damian posted on Linkedin is a stolen identity (he many have removed it by now), which is why he refuses to get on a video call to show his face. Damian is a born loser who resorts to theft to compensate for is failures in life but he'll find out that stolen money is always cursed with bad omens.

Funding Group is a hoax and Damian Husak is a scammer who cheated me out of fees for a home loan. When I checked him out there was nothing bad showing up so I took a chance and went along but as soon as he got my deposit he disappeared.
