John Warner is the salesman that sells bogus or better yet, REFURBISHED mattress sets. He gets these horrid sets from Golden Mattress Co. in Dallas, Tx. Both companies are scamming people. I, after trying 2 sets of mattresses, cannot get my money back. Mr. Warner supposedly UPGRADED me after my first complaint of bad mattress set, no tags on first, had dips and made pinging noise when I turned or tried to turn over. I weigh 150 lbs. my cat weighs 10 lbs. The second set did come w/tags BUT was worse than the first. I wake up hurting every morning and he wonders why I exploded at his answer to, 'no money back'. He did 'refer' me to the mattress company that he 'scams' with, which is Golden Mattress Co. and I have to pay them to send a 'mattress specialist', probably Rudy from shipping, , to have them 'evaluate' my set. The lady who answers the phone for GM, Co. is Angela, , never informs me of the 'fine' I have to pay for this inspection. I did receive the form which I had to call and remind her that I wanted to settle this fast, , she said she forgot, , yea! Anyway, John Warner and Dallas Discount Mattresses are not playing with a 'good deck'. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN OR HIS PARENT COMPANY.

I personally know John. I also have a mattress and it is a memory foam. He is a very caring person and these people that gave him a terrible review must be either getting paid by another mattress company or wanted something for nothing. There will always be negative people and you can break the bank trying to please everyone. If what they say were true... they would have gone out of business a long time ago. Go see their Ebay ratings, for years they have had great reviews and used to ship mattresses to all over.
Dallas Discount Mattress sells inferior mattresses out of a storage shed in Addison/North Dallas. I took mine back but its replacement is just as bad. I was naive and fell prey to Mr. Warriner's lies. My so-called memory foam mattress is not a memory foam mattress. It had only a thin sheet of probably used foam over a spring mattress. I blame myself for trusting this overtly nice and seemingly con man. He preys on people who do not want - or can't pay $1, 000 for a mattress. Mine was $500. You get what you pay for. If you buy a mattress from him, you will have to spend an hour doing bending and stretching exercises every morning to work out the pain from these flimsy, unsupportive mattresses.
This woman was investigated by the BBB. You can not make everyone happy, but it is odd that so many customers have purchased their mattresses and furniture and haven't had a problem. I purchased a memory foam mattress from John Warriner and I am still very happy. He is a really good sales man that is for sure... but he is also a father to two very successful children and a grandfather. Do not go by this obviously angry woman at the world type (they are everywhere)... please take the time to do your own research and make an appointment with Mr. Warriner. He not only helped me & many other customers get into a very comfortable mattress, he has also helped many other self employed people make their business successful by his marketing advice.
