Dairy King Delite - Xenia, OH — Ripping customers off!
I am complaining on services received by the Manager/Owner of Dairy King in Xenia, Ohio. On May 6th My Fiancee and i went for ice cream. I ordered a banana split tornado. It was liquid. I complained to the owner in hopes he would replace with a different type. I expected ice cream not liquid. The owner was very rude and out right refused to replace a $2.39 item. We have been going there for years and I am in shock over the way the Owner would handle a customer complaint, Why not replace to keep customer happy. No where is there a sign stating no refunds or replacements. It is not the loss of money , It's the fact that he would treat a customer that way and how someone like that can stay in business, I just would like his business practices to be known so he does not rip other customers off.
