Daily Sale review: Refund of at least some percentage of purchases

Nov. 2021- I bought 2 items via email (telephone & watch). Returned them 2 days later; have been trying to get a refund for many months;

They claim they cannot confirm items received; I have sent copies of my Bk of Amer. statements showing deposit of these items; they still refuse to honor.
