I am sunil from Dadabhai Travel Saudi Arabia, Above passenger can't able to catch AM 119D MEX CJS, because while traveling to MEX on EK from DMM to DXB and DXB to MEX flight was via BCN. In DXB airport they didn't allow to travel because there is a hidden stop over in BCN. they were reissue EK via Saw polo. just want to refund AM ticket the fare rule says any time it's permitted. when i try to refund through GDS, its not possible, please advise me the solution or refund the ticket from your end and credited to our BSP.
