Hi Cynergy Tax,
i am your client from last 4 years i file my tax return from you in 2010, 11, 12 and for 2014 and i have seen a big difference in your approach to clients, tax calculation and others.i am very comfort in filing my tax returns for first 3 years but i don't understand what made you so bad this year.
i made my payment in the month of Feb it self but you people wont file my tax till April 12th till call you for my refund, after payment i don't see proper response from you. You made my file so complicate for having normal shares on tax return.
My tax return is full of mistakes.
you people need to take care even after the payment also.
Best Service Received Comparing to all Others With Whom i have Filed, Filed With them since two years they have provided the best service. i have asked what i want and was clearly provided all the information or Filing My ITIN Till Calling IRS on Behalf of Me, it's my Bad duty to my busy Schedule I have not answered there calls after payment and delayed my filing for 25 days+... I Would Recommend Them for the Service Filing Returns. Trust Me..!
I agree. Many mistakes in tax filings. Customer needs to spoon feed them. I ended up showing mistakes in six consecutive versions. Suddenly stopped responding. We need complain to IRS about this unfit company.

These guys suck at filing taxes and don't know nothing about US tax returns.
I would suggest to go with an experienced tax filers than this stupid people that don't even know what they are doing.
Stay away from these people else you will get audited. Myself and my friends who have filed tax returns through this company were audited by IRS.
Don't spend your time to get yourself into risk.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF OCEAN AND DISAPPEAR : i was a return customer to cynergy because of my experience in 2011, 2012, . the team is very energitic to get your business, for year 2015, i have submitted all the documents necessary and waiting for the filing to be done, they suddenly stopped communicating, they do not answer my phone, emails, they will not respond in any way, the deadline for tax filing is past now and i still dont know whether they filed nor i do not know why they are not filing, they put me in a very bad situation, i have paid all their fees well in time, This is a horrible experience for me, since their teams are remote and operating from India, you are helpless, I HAVE LEARNT A LESSON THAT ALTHOUGH I MIGHT SPEND FEW MORE BUCKS EXTRA, IT IS STUPID TO GO WITH THESE KIND OF COMPANIES IT IS BETTER TO FIND SOMEONE WHO YOU CAN TALK TO IN PERSON. HOPE THIS WILL HELP PEOPLE TO MAKE A DECISION.
All words are true and I Agree with complainer. I am also on the same boat.
Cynergy Tax company took money for filing with in April 18th. but today its April 21st and I got an update stating they took extension for my filing.
I am not sure who give permission to them for taking extension on my behalf. I went with cynergy tax only to file my taxes with in final tax date for which they took money and now they did not file.
