CVS review: Coffee ( 1 comment)

I went to CVS on Washington Ave to get a few things I always go there when I run out of things at home its closer to my home since I live on 5th street /Marin Blvd I went through the coffee line I saw coffee that was on sale maxwell house for 4;99 and Bustelo for 3.99 I saw there was 2 boxes left I decide to buy the Bustelo coffee upon going to the register on the self - pay I scan the products and saw it was ringing the normal price I checked to see if my price card went through and it did so I kept scanning I asked the young man about my findings that it is scanning normal price he stated that it will deduct at the end of the order so I kept on and at the end I put my card not noticing that my bill was 37. and some change I turned back and ask the young man behind the counter and he notice the same thing as I told him he went and told the other guy and the other guy went to check it out they saw the maxwell coffee was in the pile of 4.99 and there was more coffee there too as he checked out the Bustelo coffee he saw there was 2 pricing for the coffee the coffee that I took was on the line that read 3.99 but there was another slip that stated the same as where the tag was saying 3.99 so there was 2 tag for the same coffee but one tag read 11/75 and the other one read 11.75 too but there was only one tag that read for the special 3.99 so when the guy looked he stated the Bustelo boxes belong to the one that read 11.75 that it was not on sale I explained to him look at the tag there are both the same one tag says it and the other one does not and where the coffee was was on the special side he refuse to listen to me as he ignore me leaving back to the register as I went to the register he told me if I wanted my money back I told him no I want my sale coffee I told him so Maxwell coffee is not on sale too but it says 4.99 and still ignored me he said he was calling the manager that took his time coming as he got there the guy told him secertly and the kid manager turned and stated that that was the price and I told him why is he saying this when you have not checked to see and go with me so I can explained the findings he just kept telling me I am just going to give you the money back I told him did you ask me if I wanted the rest of the stuff that I bought he said nothing I told him why is he just saying something without checking on his own he said all I can do is give you your money as he walk away laughing with his other friend that had told him it was on the wrong tag I was so upset and embarrassed was buying baby milk and I was not able to get it at the store I always come to because he refunded all my money I have pictures and copies of the recipe and pictures of the tag that read the correct things he just was too lazy to walk a few steps to check I was in the store for 45 minutes and not one time I saw this kid checking this sore until I had this problem and he took forever to get to the register.
