I ordered 2 dog beds from them in December 2021, order #8919. As of March 2022, I still haven't received anything. I've complained to the company via email and on their website several times to no avail.
I'd like a refund. The 2 dog beds I ordered in December 2021 still have not arrived in March 2022. I've complained to the company and still nothing.

Same as everyone else ordered on facebook buy one get one 2021 no besd no refund just excuses they are still doing business
I am having the same issue as you. At first they respond to emails and then silence. I contacted my credit card company and reported them for fraud. Definitely a scam. I got the same exact emails from Richard and then from Macy. Good Luck on getting your money back.
