The popsockets are also great, they stick well and the design is exactly what I wanted. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Custom Freaks to anyone looking for unique and high-quality custom products.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from Custom Freaks: A Review
I recently purchased a few items from Custom Freaks, including a laptop sleeve, laptop skin, mobile cover, and pop socket. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of my order. Upon receiving my items, I noticed that the laptop skin was smaller than expected. I reached out to their customer service representative, who assured me that my complaint would be forwarded to the appropriate department. However, despite numerous reminders, I received no response. It was frustrating to receive only vague responses and no resolution to my issue.
In addition to the issue with the laptop skin, I also experienced problems with the pop socket. When attempting to adjust its position, it broke. I was disappointed with the quality of the product, especially considering the price I paid. I have attached pictures for reference.
