Curtis International TV review: My money back for the tv that does not work or a replacement one that works.

In November of last year I purchased a RCA television which does not work. They have sent me new remotes but no results. I have emailed them continuously and finally they told me there was a defect in the Tv and I would be reimbursed or sent a new one. Nothing since. I cannot turn it in, use the volume or anything unless I use the buttons under the tv. This is a smart tv and impossible to use unless I have a tv that recognizes a remote. Just want this resolved. It has been a year!
