Cure.CA review: Product not shipped/received from Online order

I ordered two collagen products from Cure. ca on July 25, 2021 in amount of $62.98 and sent an e-transfer. I have not received any more communication from them since they accepted my payment and emailed that I will be notified when product is shipped. I have email them twice to cancel my order and refund me with no response.
