Cure Auto Insurance review: Have not received my check for totaled automobile

I was in auto accident August 22,2022 in which my car was totaled. It was all the other drivers' fault as he received a ticket. Turned into insurance and had car towed to Ford dealership as I thought it might be fixed. a week later it was deemed totaled by company personnel. They were to pick it up and have it towed on August 31, which I thought happened. Then first week in September I received paperwork regarding what agent thought car was worth. My car did not get picked up until after Oct. 6 when the dealership called to tell me that storage charges where very high. Then it was a title problem of which I needed to sign title and return which I did. Around the end of November, I was text that the title was under Bank of America as a lien. So, I sent in paperwork that stated the title was only in my name and was paid off. I still have not heard back about what is going on with my check. I am told it sits with the Manager to approve it.

I have no transportation and need my check The amount is a little over $13,000.
