Cubot Official Store review: Defective phone

In October I bought a phone from Cubot. Less than a month later is started showing several problems. The camera wouldn't work, the speakers stopped working, sound stopped working, flash stopped working.

It took Cubot more than one week to respond to my complaint about the problems and to finally accept it and I still had to pay the shippment my phone from Portugal to Poland to be fixed.

Now, they are asking me the same value as a new phone to fix it and they are saying it has water damages in the main board. I sent them a video showing the issues and they have nothing to do with water damages, because they are related to the sound and the camera, not the main board.

They are dishonest and they have been wasting my money.
