On the day of 7/28/2022 eta 7:30pm this service drop me at home my cell just fall out of my pocket I quickly called my cell two times then the driver pick up the phone I ask him can he please come back to give me the my phone he said no I then told him you just left me. So then I called access a ride then they tried to call to ask the driver to return the cell. And they base is located in brooklyn they I would have to come and get the phone I live in bronx plus use a cane all he had to was make a quick turn around these people are the worst company and I told assess a ride that why bronx and manhattan people do not have there own base. Today 7/29/22 I just call the lost and found why no-one pick up then I called again to talk to some one she put me on hold for awhile to back to the phone to say lost and will call you question how at work this company is not good to customers at all so what did I do I call lost and found again left a number. My phone was no there because the driver never drop it off and that's what I told them. So now I have to go all the way to brooklyn with a crane
