CSR review: Fulfillment of delivery

Purolator has had my package in this City since Thursday morning. They attempted one delivery when I was home but I didn't hear a doorbell or phone.

Called to track delivery Thursday to be told to call back later to arrange another delivery option.

Monday they were supposed to deliver to local retail location received confirmation of change in delivery. Monday afternoon received notification to call back as local retail location would not accept delivery because it was 3 pounds over weight. Asked to send package to main sorting facility with retail counter at 800 Kipling.

Tuesday received notification to call to arrange pickup. Was told that order not processed correctly by CSR the day before. Told that package would be sent to 800 Kipling Tuesday for pickup Wednesday. Packaged arrive at facility Tuesday night.

Retail counter wont release package as they don't have it at the counter. CSR now telling me that Wednesday was an aspirational pickup time and she is arranging to change the delivery back to my local retail outlet for Thursday - the same one that said they wouldn't accept the delivery because its 3 pounds over weight.

Purolator has accepted payment for delivery but refuses to deliver the item nor allow me to pick it up at facility.
