Back in Oct of 2022 My Son and I saw commercials about Cspire having a promotion FREE PHONE SERVICE FOR A YEAR. We went in the store in Meridian MS and was told by the associate that the promotion was still in effect. So we signed up and got our phones. We just found out that we were never signed up for the promotion and had been paying for our service for 6 months and that since 90 days had passed they could not refund our money nor change anything. We just want what we were promised.
Desired outcome: Credit to our bill the amount we overpayed and not be charged for service the next 6 months as promised
