I made a first payment to Cross Country Mortgage and my mortgage was sold to Essex Mortgage. I have since been put into collections because Essex said I never made a payment. I gave them my bill and my bank drafts and they said OK but they would not be able to complete the request until Cross Country supplies the lost payment to them. It is April 19th and I have had to remake that payment to get me off off collections and Cross Country still has yet to find my money. They refuse to let me online as they deleted my account and refuse to speak with me about this!

Desired outcome: I want my money transferred to the new Mortgage company or refund my payment directly to me!
