Credit Intel / IQ Retail review: We received a summons via sms threatened with sheriff visit

We received an sms from Credit Intel threatening us with a sheriff visit. We phoned immediately as we know nothing about any of these companies.

Up to date neither Credit Intel or IQ Retail can provide us with any proof of service/contract or goods provided to us. The only proof they have is an invoice for all the efforts to raise the money.

I have whatsapp proof from IQ Retail saying we must ignore it as they got the wrong company. Credit Intel is really sending ugly message. The last communication saying : Unacceptable situation". We have phoned both companies every time they send an email or sms. This is an ongoing thing since September 2022. As we have our own business for almost 29 years this unresolved issue can harm us.

What do you suggest we should do to get this resolved.

Desired outcome: Proof of accusation if not which they could not do from September up to now and our name and phone number taken off this records dew to false accusation.
