I ordered this 11/6 and asked for seller to contact me before sending.
After repeated attempts, I contacted PayPal who refunded my money immediately.
I contacted the unresponsive seller and told them it was cancelled.
I then received this shipping notice 11/15, tracking (1Z81R9990381337157), saying that the item was delivered 11/11 — which was very odd.

No such delivery was made.
This is fraudulent, and I am thinking that they will try to tell PayPal that it was delivered.

Desired outcome: Correction to tracking that no delivery was made,
