My name is Gustav Rosenbach. On June 22 I met with the proprietor (so he claimed), one Eric Weigand. We were meeting to discuss the possible sale of 2801 Lake Arnold Pl., in Orlando, Florida. Upon first encountering Mr. Weigand, his appearance was somewhat disheveled, and there was a perceptible odor of alcohol on his breath. This alone made my wife and myself, quite uneasy. While discussing financial amenities, Mr. Weigand interjected that the crime rate was extremely low, due to the "absence of [censored]s and Cubans." Now fully alarmed, my wife urged me to immediately break off the showing. Which, I immediately did. Having dealt previously in Real Estate, I decided to ask around, and was somewhat taken aback at what I discovered . Mr. Weigand is apparently the subject of an investigation by The Florida Real Estate Commission as regards numerous and repeated code violations on the properties he manages. Additionally, a female tenant has claimed that Mr. Weigand threatened her husband with a pistol, for late payment of rent. Until this investigation is complete and duly referred to the proper police athorities in Florida, I would urge anyone with a sense of urgency to stay FAR away from CQ Orlando Reality, Inc.
I felt obligated to contribute to this posting by Mr Rosenbach, after being notified of it. I met this Eric Weigand in April of 2019 in Orlando, at his office. his appearance was somewhat obese and sloppy, as was his office space, there was an offensive odor of cigarette smoke in the office. I was interested in a property he was showing in Orlando. We never quite got to talking much about money. Each time I attempted to, this man began to ask me personal questions. What really alarmed me was when he said, "I'm just glad you are white, tenants and buyers who are not white pose a ton of hassles." I took note that he had picture frames on his desk which were turned down onto his desk, while he asked me if I was single, and if I dated. I also noticed that his office trash can was nearly full of empty beer cans (Busch, I clearly recall). Mr. Weigand also suffered from obvious halitosis. By this time, I was very nervous, and just wanted, OUT. No crime was committed; I felt it best to get out of there, before one was. My boyfriend was furious and wanted to confront him, which I stopped. I was a nervous wreck, driving home. Mr. Rosenbach, I can vouch for. This "gentleman", is a train wreck, and I cannot understand why he is still licensed. A real slob.

On June 29th, I had a truly unique experience with this person. Firstly, this Eric Weigand person indicated to me that he is the company owner. As it turns out, he lied about that. I drive from Jupiter, Florida to look at a property on Miramonte Drive in Orlando. To begin with, he was 1 hour and 10 minutes late. No phone call, or apology. He began by explaining that there was little wiggle room on the price, which I understood. He went on to praise the locale, saying that the neighborhood was "White", and didn't "have the hassles of minorities". What this idiot didn't realize, is that I am partly African American. I called him a "racist imbecile", which he is. I then left.

I've know Eric since 8th grade, He doesn't have a racist bone in his body and is the best father I've even known. The attack on him is from a dysfunctional individual way back from our childhood, who somehow things this is humorous. This is so far out of bounds and immature that's its a shame it even needs to be addressed. You can travel the globe and not find a more outstanding individual than Eric Weigand. Its a shame that high school losers have to attack others to make themselves feel good and relevant. Best we could all do is ignore him.

I have looked up and found a Robert Pearson, a business associate of Mr. Eric Weigand. A COSIC and NCIC database check on a Robert Pearson reveals nothing. He did post a cash bail sometime back for one Jennifer/Jenna Pearson, for "possession of narcotics to wit: cocaine, and possession of narcotics with intent for personal use, and being under the influence of a controlled substance." The disposition of that case is unknown. What does seem apparent is the seedy type of associations that Mr. Weigand maintains. He apparently shows up for meetings while under the influence of alcohol. He makes crude sexist remarks to women. He doesn't seem to care particularly well, as regards his personal appearance. He makes racist remarks, with nearly every transaction. Why these two men have decided to bring a "Clayton Nelson" into this, I cannot imagine. Avoid this racist creep, Eric Weigand, at every turn. ANOTHER FOUR WEBSITES HAVE REPORTED HIS GOINGS ON.

Another post from the very disturbed Clayton Nelson NJ. Now he's Susan Schwartz and Justine Grybowski. He's making a nice case for the DA and pending lawsuit. He'll also be evicted when his landlord becomes aware he committing a crime from the mobile home community. Lawyer said to just let him keep sending threats. He live alone but has a lot of "friends" living in his head. He's looking up properties I listed but they were sold many months ago and I have never show because I was the Listing agent and don't show properties. (especially during a pandemic.) He's also threatened my wife and called my child a "retard" See below.

Again, I stand by my post. This person has been treated for alcohol related issues in the past, and is currently being investigated by the Florida Real Estate Commission, regarding numerous violations. Frequent alcohol abuse has been reported by others. I have encouraged them to come forward on Complaints Board; some have assured me that they shall be doing exactly that.
