Cowen Self Storage 140 Garden of the Gods Rd 80907 review: Self storage

I was renting a self storage unit at Cowen Selkf Storage 140 Garden of the Gods Rd 80907. Cube Smart bought the company in August of 2022. I had paid a year in advance, and moved out in September of 2022. The manager, Kelly, said the refund would be processed. 2 weeks later, he had no idea to follow up on the process. I contacted the district manager, Chris Rogers, and he said he would look into it. After 3 emails to him, he is no longer responding to me. I have emailed the corporate office, and surprise, no answer.

My refund, according to the manager, Kelly, would be about $800. Small change to them, but not to me.
