To whom it may concern,
I brought my 2016 dodge 1500 to Courtesy Dodge for brake service and to my dismay the service advisor stated the brake job was over $2000, I understand that this a dealership therefor the prices are more. The service advisor Jordan Espinal was very rude and dismissive, needless to say after the brake job was completed and I received my truck back and the very next day my brake light came on and my brakes went all the way to the floor, once it was engaged. I immediately took the truck back to the dealership, for the service advisor to tell me that the mechanic put the brake hose on incorrectly which is "UNACCEPTABLE". I'm just a regular working guy, I still have to go to work during all of this for then to tell me that 1. they can't give me a rental, and they can't reimburse me for my rental. After Christmas and holidays normal people are low on cash, so after a 2,000-dollar brake job for have your advisor to be rude and be dismissive, and on top of that no refund! Wow Please put yourself in my place. I mean thje brake hose was loose I could have been killed.
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from the service advisor Jordan and a refund on my rental or at least a discount.
