Country Plumbing review: Driveway concrete

On July 1,2021 we had a water leak. We have insurance through Cal Water called Home Service Inc. I called them and they sent out County Plumbing to handle the repairs. I was told to sign a blank work order or they would not start the work. Dug a trench down the middle of the driveway, putting the dirt in my neighbors' yard. And piled dirt and cement blocking the wheelchair ramp my husband is paralyzed and could not use was told there the driveway finish would be a rough patch. Not smooth when the cement was poured there was an attempt to level the concrete, was told it would level its self out. The concrete is not level causing high spots and holes have appeared and cracking after the concrete dried making it hard for my husband to cross in his wheelchair when they started pouring they splashed concrete on the garage door did not clean up also cut bricks on flowed garden planter to move the sprinkler shut off valve underground. Was also told I had a water leak under my house my cost would be $242 after the insurance I was told by the insurance company that I had more than enough coverage and they were not advised of an out-of-pocket had been requested
