Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Charlotte I-85 Airport, NC review: The dirty hotel

My name is Sandra Williams and I booked two rooms for my family trip to Cancun, Mexico because your hotel was listed 2 miles close to the airport. When I checked into your hotel on Wednesday December 23, 2021, I noticed an overflowing trash can in front of the entrance. We secured one of the rooms right away, but I took over 30 minutes to secure the other room. We entered the room and noticed that someone was already sleep in the room and the young lady came running down the hallway stated that she gave us the wrong room. We went back to the front to get another key and go to another room. Entering that room, I noticed the carpet was the dirtiest carpet I've ever seen. and the bed had stains on the spread. We finally got a room but it was still dirty. Because the rooms was prepaid and we were leaving for a flight in the early morning I slept on top of the bed and didn't take a shower because the shower was not clean.
