Once we were in our room for the evening and pulled back the liens on bed, we noticed bed bugs. This was reported in person to the front desk clerk 12-10-21 @ 10pm. Clerk called the manager. She transfered us to another room. This second room the airconditioner filter was full of dust/lint in plain sight. I do have photos of this. However am at work and can not send them from this computer.

This was to be our anniversary celebration and so we were extremely disappointed.
We feel we should be compinsated for this, perhaps a refund.
I am at work and can not attached any photos or documents at this time.
We stongly feel that reimbursment is recommended, not worth the price for these conditions which can be a health hazzard.
