Cosypairs review: Shoes

On April 2nd, 2023, I ordered some shoes from this company, online. I received the shoes and discovered that the shoes were the size that I ordered but they were too short and too wide. I quickly emailed the company informing them of the problem and requested a Return Address. I was given the runaround for 7 days, exchanging emails, told to give the shoes as a gift to someone, offerings of coupons, even telling me that the shoes would be lost if I sent them back. In my last email I stated that I just wanted the address and I would get a tracking number when I sent them back. The final reply from Cosypairs was that they were moving and had no return address! This company is a scam! Please stop them from scamming any more people! Thank you!
