Costa Vizcaya Apartments review: Leasing

I started my application process in the beginning of December 2023. It is now the end of February 2024 and I am STILL waiting to move in. I have called countless times to only reach the voicemail when going up to the Apartments there’s usually a note in the window stating that they’re closed even during the hours that they’re supposed to be open. Also, I received a phone call from the leasing manager stating she had my name down as a current resident needing a carpet cleaning. This is just another example of how careless, lax, and incompetent these individuals are.

Both your management and front desk employees, are rude, unprofessional, unorganized and lacking communication skills needed for the job. I informed management today that I wanted to file a complaint, and was given an incorrect phone number! I’m EXTREMELY upset and frustrated with this company.
