Corporate Kickoff

I've tried several times to stop them from takin my money, cancel an account I never opened, and stop messin with my credit report and they won't listen.

I had an account opened with this company in my name. I've been trying to cancel it and dispute the actions reported to the credit bureau, but it's been affecting my credit score. They have a phone number listed, but when I called, it said they don't take calls. There's no way to cancel the account. I've emailed them multiple times, but haven't gotten any results.

I wanna complain about Corporate Kickoff, LLC. I just found out a few months ago that they have a credit account in my name. I had no clue who they were, never heard of 'em. They started asking me for payment, but I had no idea what they sold or what they were about. I never bought anything from them and I made sure to let 'em know. I even sent 'em a copy of a police report I found on this. They claimed they did an investigation, but when they got back to me, they refused to remove the account from my credit record. They didn't say anything to me except that it stays as is. I have a police report, but they won't tell me what was ordered or where it was sent. I have no clue what they're talking about. Please, I need this taken off my credit record. Keep contacting Corporate Kickoff until they remove it immediately. I don't know the dates, but it's not a reverse mortgage company. I found some affidavit and other stuff related to this company, but they're still refusing to remove it. I never got anything from them, don't know what was ordered. I've been a victim of identity theft since 2020, someone got my social security number and used it.
