Corporate Getaway Rental review: Not wanting to refund me

Back in June 8, 2021 I was contacted by a representative from corporate Getaway rentals to sell 4 of my weeks for $ 1800 each, is been almost 2 years in the next two weeks and they only have send me an offer for one week at the price of $1300 last year in September, I have been calling to get a refund for the rest of the money which is $1197.00 or just the full amount of $5400 for the other 3 weeks, I agree to an offer for $1300 instead of $1800 but now they are saying they cannot send refunds and I have proof of that, they keep saying it will put out in the market at owners expenses but is almost 10 months and not answer yet… I need help with this because I have call them unless 100 times and not answer, court has serve them 2 times and they don’t show up, is so frustrating, I’m trying to contact and gather together a group of people that is going through the same process as me for a mass lawsuit or to contact our local news and go live and speak what’s happening with this company stealing peoples money..

I have suit them, a sheriff went to serve them but Sheriff couldn’t serve the notice because the move to a different address it just to be 3359 w vine st Kissimmee Florida suite 104 but now is 498 Palm Springs Rd, Suite 100 Altamonte Springs, Fl 32701
